It's hard to imagine
a big water center console fishing boat under 25-feet that could match
up inch for inch with the action packed R230. More seaworthy
than it's centerline would indicate, the R230 is dry riding and
extremely fuel-efficient. The wide-opened cockpit design provides
complete 360-degree movement while fishing and quick raw wash-down when
the day is done. All batteries, pumps, switches and circuit breakers
are located at deck level behind access doors for easy servicing and corrosion
protection. Whether you're fishing or diving, the walk through transom
door provides straight access aft and the 141-gallon fuel capacity allows
you to chart long distance waters. Extras you can't see include tinned
copper wiring with waterproof triple O-ring connectors, encapsulated foam
flotation and a cast bronze seawater straining system. The R230
comes standard with trim tabs. A premium CD sound system with remote
and four waterproof speakers are also available as optional equipment.
