| We are located halfway between
Warsaw and Kilmarnock just off of Route 3 on Hales Point Road in Farnham,
Virginia on the beautiful Rappahannock River. We are a family owned and
operated business. Mr. Johnny Whelan and his wife, Deanie came to Hales
Point back in 1976 and opened Whelan's Marina. Both Johnny and Deanie are
still very active in the business today. Their son, Keith Whelan, our Director
of Operations handles it all from Service to Sales. He is helped in the
Sales Department by Randy and Johnny Whelan. Ray manages our Parts Department
with the help of Jimmy. Lisa and Cameron can help with your personal watercraft
needs, whether its the purchase of a new waverunner or gearing you up in
Yamaha Accessories.
Whelan's Marine carries boats manufactured by: Robalo, Steiger Craft, and Sundance, all of which can be powered with Yamaha, Honda or Mercury outboards. We offer trailers manufactured by LoadRite and Venture and we also carry the full line of Yamaha WaveRunners. In 2009, Whelan's Marine was ranked No. 1 in WaveRunner sales in their district and won the distinguished White Diamond Award from Yamaha. We are a one stop shop for boaters offering the following:
